The bite alarms feature a weatherproof and sealed housing. The multicolour LEDs are adjustable in the following colours: red, green, blue, orange, purple and white. In addition, the brightness of the LEDs is also adjustable. Furthermore, the bite alarm can be set to day mode and night mode. In night mode, both LEDs are dimly lit in the chosen colour. The bite alarms feature 8 volume settings. The lowest is completely silent. There are also 8 different tone settings and 8 different sensitivity modes possible with a much wider sensitivity range than ever before. This allows cautious bites to be detected even earlier, but also ensures that the bite alarm does not go off every time the wind blows hard. Improved water drainage ensures that the roller wheel can hardly freeze solid in extremely cold temperatures.

The receiver features a distance test function that is activated by turning the bite alarms on and off within a second. The receiver can be perfectly placed upright on a bivvy table and the extra strong radio waves provide a huge range.
