Rare display box/ 40th Anniversary Johnson Reel

This special run of a Johnson 100-B reel with a unique anniversary decal is housed in a hexagonal display case and has special enclosed literature celebrating the event from 1994. The box is tight fitting and although I removed the reel for photos of the reel , I left the foot(stem) of the reel interlocked in the cardboard base so as not to tear or compromise the “mint display box” and lower the mint grading of the ensemble (see foot photo). Although not vintage, this reel/box is clearly a collectible that is much rarer than most in our hobby appreciate.
